Actually, I enjoyed this filler episode, one of the better ones. Got to see a bit of development in Hinata, seeing Hiyashi setting aside the Hyuga clan's main/side branch divide by appointing Neji to represent the Hyugas in the front lines.
Also nice to see a bit of the other supporting characters as they gear up for war.
So I'm giving this a thumbsup.

this filler was quite good to watch..
But the next week..god,why they try tomake such things..none of us wanna see some jokers copying naruto..if they want to give fillers,they should show things that fans can enjoy..Like showing progress of other nations for the war..why only show konoha's progress? -_-

the only interesting thing was neji leading the clan in the frontlines but with not a real opposition against this, only whispers

I think the contract between the creator of Naruto and the Anime includes:
"You will be paid USD$9,999,999,999,999,999,999 dollars provided we are freely allowed to make as MANY fillers as we want. We hereby declare immunity and disclaim any responsibility to the resulting outcomes. This includes, but is not limited to:
a) Alienating the fans that made this Manga/Anime successful.
b) Cheapen/Downgrade the moves/abilities of various characters.
c) Producing strange and/or disturbing animation from characters such as talking to the audience, low quality fight scenes, dancing etc.
d) Confusing the audience via non-continuity themes and elements present in said fillers.
e) Lowering potential new fans who happened to pick up the series whilst fillers are being aired.
f) Destroying the natural sequential order of fan's collections via noticeable gaps in episode numbers.
g) Disseminating the creative gold mine of story-telling. Allowing the once popular Rookie-9 to be reduced to the Rookie-1.
h) Obliterating momentum gained from a story arc via anti-climactic and sudden transitions to said fillers.

I prefer Dragon Tales than these filler, i tell you that this is going to make a hole in the Anime, wait..... a crater instead, what are the fuck is going on is kishi stuck about what to do in the manga?????? simple Naruto fuck madara, sasuke , kabuto, zetsus in the end even if he lose now!!!! sorta like ichigo vs aizen in the beginning and later in the end.
