@70 an uchiha can keep his sharingan activated forever if he has lots of chakra. probably madara has lots of chakra it and hence does not feel the need to deactivate it

@73 you might like to consider the fact that uchihas dont use up a lot of chakra to keep their sharingan activated.
Afterall madara is the longest living uchiha. he may be able to keep it activated without much chakra drain.

madara iz really powerful though he lost to the first hokage becuz the first hokage was way more powerful and the fourth was abt to beat him cause fourth iz also reallyyyyyyyy powerful as he handled the nine tails by himself and Danzo is just an ASS the most powerful uchiha alive is madara and sasuke is also super powerful and madara isnt using sasuke hes just giving him a chance and sasuke has some serious skills like summoning eagle and intelligence as he killed danzos summon in just one fireball.im a real fan of uchihas but naruto iz also powerful in manga

Anyone ever wonder if all of the Uchiha clan was actually exterminated that quietly without any commotion? I mean from what we can see of Tobi (imo not Madara) hes not quite strong enough to destroy an entire clan until later on in the manga, and even then that is questionable. Even if Itachi did most of the work and was a super genius ninja with the aid of a not that powerful ninja whether a legend or not it does really add up. Only power worth mentioning is Izanagi and his space-time jutsu. Also, Itachi intended for sasuke to restore the Uchiha Clan. It's a little too much if your one of the last 2 Uchihas left, and both are male.. My point is still nothing more than every other theory out there, but maybe Madara sucked up the Uchihas with his space-time jutsu, Itachi implemented an insane genjutsu imploring the death of sasuke's parents as evidence, and the clan is being captivated until the fall of ninja village power. Danzou's Uchiha eye equipped arm can suggest otherwise, but that old fart could have gotten em at anytime. Just saying...its hard to believe one of the two most powerful clans are on the verge of extinction, whether they were segregrated or not.

92..Tobi IS MADARA...it has been said by him alrdy n he did say tat he is only but a shadow of his past self as the fight with 1st hokage did lots of damage to him..thus he is no longer as strong n need to use puppets like sasuke to get his moon eye plan to work
