That's a good question you have there.
I think Naruto no longer need to fuse with the frogs because he already have so much chakra (from the Kyuubi) to use even if he's in Sage mode.
Waht do you guys think?

There's no need for the frogs to get/mold chakra from natural energy just so they could help Naruto keep in the Sage mode state.
Naruto has become strong and awesome!
He carries the "Will of Fire"
Moreover, he had overcome "Hatred" not like Sasuke.
(Though I believe Sasuke would still be able to get out of his own darkness by the help of his true friend - Naruto)
My prediction is both of them (Naruto & Sasuke) will team up to beat Madara in the end.
This is such an inspiring Manga...
I hope everyone would learn the meaning and the lesson of the story.
Let's all overcome our Hatred.
Let's all break the chain of hatred that's been going on around us.
Let's help bring peace by starting the "change" in ourselves.
I know it's not an easy thing to do.
We may not have any plans on how we'll be able to achieve it.
