Not only that, but it is CONFIRMED that the masked man is in fact Madara. How do i know this? Well first thing the fox recognizes him when he goes, "you.." so he knows who it is despite the mask. also when he tells sasuke that he reminds him of madara, naming him himself...but then theres this.
perhaps the masked man somehow just has madaras eyes, so thats what made the fox believe it could be madara again.
so both are pretty much either/or theories.

The masked man, can't be Danzo... From what we've seen in the previous chapter, it would seem the masked man is young... The Third and Danzo are roughly the same age...

yea, I wonder why Madara didn´t lecture nagato how to control the kyubi?
o wait, maybe pain didn´t have ocular powers right?, he only could see through genjutsu and chackra and stuff, but it was strange that he didn`t use any gentjutsu or something against naruto

Since all pains all had one abilty like absorbing ninjtsu, the one that had a lot physical strength, the one that could read minds, etc, I suppose that was to expect them to not have any other ability besides that and they only got the basic powers of rinnegan, that is the ability to see chackra, but no ocular powers
indeed, Nagato could kill anyone with just looking at them with his eyes, wonder if it was a genjutsu like tsukuyomi?
