in japan i think 31 juli 2010 so maybe in english it would be sometime in 2011, i know..i know..it sucks, but im waiting for this movie myself since its the only movie of naruto im interested in watching!

this is the first movie in which they don't make naruto out to be a complete idiot or have him invent a dozen names for the rasengan. Also the first movie in which a whole group of ninja are seen fighting.
1 question: where were all the other adults like mighty guy, kurenai, etc? why didn't Jariaya help naruto?

it was fantastic how Naruto was fighting with Gaara
was more interesting than how Sasuke was fighting Gaara ...
it shows one more time that Naruto's multi shadow clones are not just 'i can do only this technique', but they are really awesome and also the rasengan ...
i have watched already not less than 10 times ...
and i'm still hungy ...
can't wait till the next movie ... sage + yondaime ... damn that will be perfect ... just imagine how powerful will Naruto become when yondaime teaches him how to make seals ...

This is definitely the lamest of all the Shippuuden movies. Don't know what everyone else saw good about it but it was lame. Ok fight scenes here and there but same old convoluted plot that drags on...

That movie was awesome. I was saying that Kizuna was better but part 5 tipped the scales tremendously. When Naruto came out of the freaking sky with that huge RasenShuriken it was great. The end was funny too. And Hiruko was thoroughly defeated. 7 thumbs up!

Man, that movie was da bomb! I can't believe my eyes! Especially the part when Ten-Ten threw a million of those knives with exploding tags on that big creature, and how Shino was letting that girl have it with those infinite bugs of his. Overall, the entire movie was good. --StanDaMan

IMO, this was by far the best Naruto movie. For once, there wasn't any stupid random filler character to escort and we got to see plenty of main characters fight.
There was actually a good plot in this one and the fights were all pretty epic. Especially the last one (I love how Tenten got to deal the final blow on the chimera haha).
The ending was pretty funny and I liked what Masashi Kishimoto wrote at the end the credits.
