Well if Sasuke accepts the offer he looses Karin and Gains Sakura -1 female medical nin +1 female medical nin so he has nothing to loose, exept i think Karin's death will be a shock to Juugo and Suigetsu but Sasu can just lie something to the other 2 and tell sakura that Karin was an enemy, but for me it looks like Sasuke is starting to dig his own grave if he kills Karin, plus if Naruto was able to beat Pain sasuke should be a no problem.

There's no way Sakura's betraying Konoha, she's planning to gain Sasuke's confidence so that she can backstab him later. Too bad she's gonna die trying that, for Sasuke's too smart, plus he doesn't love Sakura as she loves him.

I think Karin will be saved by Naruto and Sasuke will not let Sakura join him,because he will not trust her and she's face looks like she want's to use Sasuke at the end of the manga.Maybe Karin will tell Naruto Sasuke s intentions and also the truth about Itachi and she will seem hopeless and dies in Naruto s arms :(When sasuke tries to kill her it bothers me very much,that guy must die :(

That's why Sakura has put the others to sleep. If Sasuke found them together, only a front attack would be possible. Then honestly, even if the four of them attacked together, there's little chance they can kill Sasuke, who's a kage level ninja by now. Sai is the only one who could be more troublesome for Sasuke, but you can't forget that he failed to kill Sasuke back then when he didn't have Mankekyo Sharingan yet, so he's not gonna do better this time.
Some people don't realize how powerful Sasuke has become because he's still young but the truth is that he has killed Deidara, Itachi and Danzo. The kyuubi also noticed his potential and compared him to Madara.

@ 9 yeah sasuke killed deidara and danzo but not itachi.
well tings are stirring up...naruto's coming....sakura confronting....kages and madadra planning...tsunade,sai lee and kibe sleeping...karin dieing...saauke falling in the dark...konaha rebuilding...thing are really getting interesting yo.

sasuke never killed danzou/deidara and itachi he had luck all the way first of all deidara blown him self for no reason second danzou should have killed sasuke if itachi and karin wasent there danzou should just use his eyes on susuke and hipnotice him itachi dint fight sasuke with his full pontential

well everything makes sense now. just as i predicted,, is obvious that sakura lost her virginity with sasuke and so much time has passed that she finally encounters sasuke for some coitus. thats why she would turn into a dark character cause she now understands that she is impure cause she slept with the dark,filthy and shitty sasuke years ago. karin probably will be saved by naruto and from that a special relationship will form for both of them. then it will turn out they being a couple, but as time pass the relationship should be full of problems and it wouldnt endure, cause she likes to be bitten so much. rock lee and kiba barely know karate so they might get their asses whipped as soon as possible and sai the painter is the gayest ninja to ever exist so team kakashi should be very proud.

My guess on what happens next :D
Sasuke senses that Kakashi and Naruto are appoaching and knows that he is too tired to fight them, so he kidnaps Sakura, leaving a dying Karin behind, who will tell Naruto everything before she dies. At the end of the day, Naruto is forced to fight against Sasuke in order to save Sakura even though he doesn't want to because Sasuke is his friend.
btw, maybe after watching the 2nd Naruto-Sasuke fight, Sakura will realize how much Naruto loves her and she'll stop acting so selfishly.

well sauske didnt beat deidara...deidara killed himself thinking hed win. sauske also didnt beat itachi,itachi could have killed him SEVERAL times, he allowed sasuke to win so he could be a hero of konoha. and about danzo...he had SERIOUS help from karin(talk about getting played) and madara, danzo was also holding back so he could fight madara after-wards. then think about orochimaru who was on the verge of death and was only still alive because of his intense willpower, poor sasuke didnt stand a chance against him(he even admitted if orochimaru wasnt weakened he wouldnt have won)and just to add in, ALL the people sasuke abandoned saved his life when he got his ass raped by the 8 tails(he would've died twice n that fight, three if you want to count the blast at the end)
so sasuke is an extremely lucky lil bastard who is favored by the naruto gods

Im not to sure of sakuras intentions, shes already tried to trick not only naruto, but also lee, kiba, and sai - her own teammates. I think she might just want to follow sasuke so she can keep tabs on him(possibly for konoha?), then again shes freakin crazy so who knows.
As for Sasuke, how much more evil does he plan to get? Hes changed alot since way back when he told his team not to kill anyone. What are juugo and suigetsu gona think about all this?(actually suigetsu might be excited about karin dying).

The characters in Naruto remain the same at their core. While Sasuke is at a very dark place, I do not believe he has killed anyone who did not deserve it: the evil characters. Sakura attracted his attention before Sasuke could take action.
Sasuke and Sakura, like many Naruto characters, have grown to the point where you see them walking a fine line between hard choices and remaining true to themselves.
Sakura is easier to figure out than Sasuke. At the core, she is loyal to her friends and Konoha. While it is highly possible that she may still love Sasuke, I do not believe that she will desert Konoha unless it is to pretend to be allied with Sasuke.
That said, I am not altogether sure that Sasuke is bad. His current relationship with Madara reminds me of his past relationship with Orochimaru. Sasuke is using him and allowing him to think that he has the upper hand. In 482, page 9, Sasuke says, "us... when did we become allies?"
Danzo is dead. His next target will probably be the two Konoha elders. After that, I imagine he and Naruto will have it out for the final time.
As for a Sakura and Sasuke pairing, it seems probably and I read a fanfiction that turned out quite good with Sakura going off with Sasuke which resulted in an unexpected twist. But, I really do hope that Sakura kicks Sasuke's butt. Any self-respecting female warrior would seriously hurt the guy who knocked her out, left her on a stone bench, and just walked away at night regardless of the fact that she may or may not still be in love with the guy. Not to mention his penchant for beating up and nearly killing Naruto, a dear friend and the person who saved Konoha from Pain.

You know, I think Suigetsu might have the worst reaction, if Sasuke does kill Karin. I think Naruto and Kakashi will meet up and find Karin, and Sasuke and Sakura will be gone.

sasuke never actually killed itachi.Itachi let himself be killed. If he wnated susuke dead, he would have been DEAD by now...
And the kyubi said that susuke has the almost the same level of evil hatred not the power that reminds him of madara...
And besides, naruto is a complete sage now who could defeat pain... so if he plans to attack konoha, he better be prepared...
