If Sasugay is not dead this time, I think the creator of Naruto should change the name of this manga to Sasugay. And the writer also a gay and he love Sasugay.
Why?
1) Sasugay killed Orochimaru
2) Sasugay won against Akatsuki member
3) Sasugay killed Itachi
4) Sasugay survived against Kages
5) Sasugay probably going to kill Danzou

So, #20, you're saying so blindly that because he beat Orichimaru(Who was weakened and ill), him beating Itachi whom was also sick and was lenient on Sasuke, who merely SURVIVED but would've died(Showing he isn't strong, he could easily be defeated by the Raikage alone.

Sasuke is barely living, he's depending so much on the Sharingan among other things, he only had rigged battles where him winning was based off of things like said above, fighting someone ill? Alone Deidara was the closest person to killing Sasuke, even moreso than Itachi probably.
Naruto is stronger than Sasuke at the moment. Though Sasukes' progressing due to the new eye techniques and Suzano.
