who is uchiha shisui? and why that byakugan is still working? it is not like sharingan to be simply implanted into another eye.

Uchiha Shisui is the one who Itachi was implicated for murdering. Basically Itachi was driven to killing all the Uchiha because he was framed (possibly by Danzo, more likely by Madara who seems to like grooming young Uchiha), and Itachi tried to explain all this to Sasuke, Madara explained more, but I'm guessing Madara warped the truth to get Sasuke to do what he want's.
All in all I think it's gonna get very interesting soon.
