Pain will most likely supress the kyuubis power, but he will be forced to retreat because he will be practically out of chakra. Great chapter by the way.

it will be very interesting now to see what pain's secret technique is and whether or not he will be be able to supress the kyuubi's power.. what's more interesting is how naruto is going to control the kyuubi's chakra especially since Yamato won't be able to control him since the tsunade's necklace is no more..

I agree with Dragon-Lord. I feel bringing out all 9 tails is too much excitement for this arc. And I doubt Naruto could go in sage mode. He had a tough time gaining control in sage mode as himself. It will be all the more harder with the Kyuubi's chakra flowing as well.

stmurda thats very interesting,now that u mention it,the idear of having all the 9 beasts sealed in him is magnificent!i would like nothing more than that,if that happens,it means he will get all the 9 different kinds of chakra of the tailed beasts sealed! in him.the possibillities are limitless,He can either use them seperetly or combine their,or he canblend their powers and create new ones just like the five elements,and because gobi the five tailed beast is a master of all the five elements,he will master the elements too,not to mention all the other unique abilities the other beasts have besides their incredible amount of chakra!.
AND IM SURE THERE IS ANOTHER JUTSU LIKE THE PHANTOM SEALS,ONLY THIS ONE IS TO COMBINE ALL THE NINE BEASTS IN A HUMAN BEING,AND THEREFOR MAKE HIM A GOD!

#14 technically the ninetailed fox can never loose to anyone,because as it says in the manga,he has an infinite amount of chakra!,unlike the other beasts,so he cant be defeated by sheear strength,he can only be controled!

I say there is an end to Naruto really soon.... 'my opinion' because after the whole fight with pain and we all could predict that pain is going to loose and die. then sasuke is going to confront nartuo with tobi and then there would be this long conservation between them. Then there will be a fight involve, then naruto and sasuke team up to anniliate tobi. and the end...... I'm sorry guys it's just me and thats what I think is going to happened. The Naurto manga need to get to its main point or make the chapter longer because I cant stand waiting for a week to read only 17 pages.

i'd say that about 1/4 of the nine tailed chakra is out right now and it's very strong!
just my thoughts, i dont think pain should win this fight, shikamaru and sasgay had there glory, but the last time ive seen naruto have some glory was in the fight against gaara, and maybe the rasen shuriken thing.
naruto needs to win this fight!

To whoever that guy is previous to me, as far as I understand the manga will go on for another year or two (if I recall correctly)

Secondly there is much more left to tie up than just that, think about it all of the loose ends recent chapters have creates...

I'll list some off for you:
1: The 8 Tailed Demon got away and therefore the "weapon" will not yet be complete... also the Rykage and the hidden village in the cloud will have some sort of upcoming role, otherwise there would have been no reason to introduce them.

2: There has been no mention of danzou as of late, and he will be an important character.. perhaps Tsunade' will die, perhaps not, but it's certainly a possibility.

3: This episode should serve as a reminder that Kabuto is the new "Host" for Orochimaru so inevitably he will return and be an antagonist once more.

4: Tobi (Madara) will likely play a larger role in this than just a single battle. I foresee that he will probably be the puppetmaster behind all of these... shenanigans.

That stuff aside, there is still no word on whether or not Kakashi is dead. There are still several akatsuki members who are still alive who have massive potential and will probably be in upcoming episodes (kisame, konan, zetsu.. the members of "team hawk")

Oh, and did anyone notice that Hinata is still alive? Weirdness... looks like Pain isn't as evil as I might have thought.

dragonballgt got really lame at the end they over killed that show. what they should do is end naruto in about a year when akatsky is defeated except for madara and it end with naruto becoming hokage and marrying hinata. then release a new manga were narutos grand kid is the new main character. a genin or something and he goes on his own adventure. were konohamuro is like as old as the third was at the start. and thru out the story we will learn of what happend to naruto and everyone else after the naruto became hokage

I think Naruto is going to be captured. Why? Because this show is all about Naruto's good deeds and the bonds he makes. This will be the time where the tale of Naruto truly takes form as the people from the past that he affected will come to his aid. I believe that Gaara will be brought back in to the story along with the sand village.

Yamato could not control 4 tails very easily. The only reason he was able to was because Naruto had a keepsake. That keepsake was destroyed. Naruto has never felt anger only confusion and love. Him thinking Hinata sacrificed herself for him has caused him to feel a feeling he has never felt, that same feeling Sasuke felt, HATE and REVENGE.

Sorry to say but I think Naruto should be captured. We have yet to see how those he helped in the past would pay him back. They all said they owed him one. Time for them to live up to the bargain.

This story isn't so cliche anymore and I could possibly see Naruto becoming a tragic hero like Beowulf and his father. I hope not but if he does that would put this story near, dare i say Watchmen on my list.

NP 36, I tend to keep an eye out for the subtle stuff and think about all the possible scenarios before deciding what a time line will probably look like.

I know I'm missing a lot of stuff anyway, but this manga will go on for a good long time.

Hey 39, I think you've got a legit point there, and it's likely that the story might move into that direction.

I really hope it doesn't though, mainly because there's already been way too much "Save the main character" story archs and with a main character like Naruto, the ultimate result would be obvious...

The way these episodes have been written in this last month or two have been pretty dark and even moreso clever, so it's my hopes that whatever happens will come to a surprise to everyone.

On a scale of 1 to 10 I would give the latest chapter a 4 because in my opinion it was one of the most over hyped chapters in the mangas history. As for what will happen in then next chapter, I predict that Pain will supress the Kyuubis chakra, capture Naruto, and retreat back to the Akatsuki hideout.

I also suggest that the owner of this website should delete anyone who posts more than three times on the discussion blog, because some douche bag keeps flooding this blog with his petty delusions.

Im the person that posted Beowulf being a tragic hero. I was only using it as an example. Beowulf was a horrible movie, but the ancient story was amazing. I suggest you guys look it up. I fnot thats cool to, but I just wanted you guys calling beowulf a horrible movie to know that the movie does not even tell the same ancient legend that has been passed down for many many years. GOD that movie was horrible.

Anyways to get back on topic the 4th Hokage is another example of a tragic hero. He was a hero to his people and sacrificed himself (so the legend goes) to save the entire leaf village.

In the tale of Beowulf he does meet his end fighting a dragon but that dragon is not his son...man horrible movie. Too bad those MIB gadgets dont exist to get rid of bad memories.

So what does danzo have to do with all this? Do you think he is dead? What about the elders? How will Sasuke react when he hears what happened? LOL poor guy never gets to avenge anything.

So many questions. Like do you think Guy will break 8 gates when he finds out about Kakashi? Kisame has been kept on the down low, do you think he could have been on Itachi's side the whole time posing as a spy...I mean he has yet to kill anyone?

At the end of one of the episodes (last one in gaara rescue arc) Kankuro and Temari were upset while reading the script saying something like "man we get a long break before showing up again" do you think that was just a joke for the manga readers or do you actually think Gaara and the sand village will come to Konohas aid?

And finally the Hokage of killler bees aka the 8th beast, has summoned all the hokages to a summit to talk about sasuke does this mean the other lands will find out about the leaf village?

Oh and one more thing. With Sasuke no longer needing or allowing Orochimaru to take his body, whats the purpose of bringing him back with kabuto?

I think naruto will keep fighting pain all the way back to the city of rain, defeat god realm.. then fight the real body, being forced to use all 9 tails.

However it almost looks like he's in control, he reflected pain's attack to knock him away from Hinata, then used a ranged attack to finish him off.

Consider: Jariya had the 4th's original sealing scroll and told it to go to naruto after he dies. Well, did he learn anything from it. He purposefully let out 6 tails at the start. What if he ends up fighting the real pain with all 9 tails and in control or atleast working with kyubi, like killerbee did. And we still have yet to see what itachi gave him at their last meeting.

I hope the store continues to move, rapidly, but I dont' think that it will end soon.. Like #33 said, there are too many other loose ends and main plot points that havn't been delved in to yet.

But I do really hope that in the end pain is done for with this arc.. there's too many other possibilities to keep pushing pain around. Naruto needs to end him somehow.

i think Kishi has a time skip in mind since it will be boring if he continues the manga through its rebuilding stages of konoha after being whiped out by pein..dont you reckon??

and once the time skip is no idea how many years but since we know theres a possibility that hinata is alive well barely alive they may be together in the next time skip ... just a theory

#83, somtimes there might not be a time gap because if Kishi is planning to finish this off soon then this is the best time for Akatsuki or Sasuke (if he actually intends) to attack.

#85, i think you read that in discussion of the previous chapter. Somehow I doubt that he will be sent into exile. Well not as long as tsunade is there and as long as Naruto suppresses the kyuubi himself.

theres no way pain dies. nagato has the rinnengan said to be the greatest of all eye techniques. do you really think kishi is gonna kill pain after they reveal something that big? i think theres gonna be a draw of some kind between naruto and pain which gives time for all the side stories mentioned. i foresee the kage meeting putting akatsuki as the major target with the raikage looking for sasuke specifically.

who knows maybe during the collaborated effort between villages the 8 tails shows naruto how to finally control the beast. that'll be a good 50 chapters. lol

What can you think about Katsuyu’s words? “Part of me is with Naruto”. But Naruto is in fox mode now, Can Katsuyu survive and even mesh with the fox? It can be important. First time I read the chapter I though Naruto being captured, but this of Katsuyu ….

I remember his transformation was straight, without the typical conversation between Naruto and the fox. And if you follow all the movements of the fox in the battle, is too much obvious it is protecting Hinata. I think Naruto can have some control over the Kiuby. Even it breaks the first hokage necklace as if Naruto could manage without it.

About Hinata, I read some comments last week why her eyes were open. We supposed she was unconscious, and for this she could not use techniques as Neji ones. I think now that she was conscious and made something to reduce damage herself. By the way: do you know when Hinata knew that the Kiuby is Naruto? I say it because is just when Kiuby is near of her, when she use again her famous special justsu, na…na….naruto- kun no jutsu, ha, ha, ha….. When I read this I knew she will survive this arc. It makes null her other best last words.

Well at this point that justu pain is going to use will hurt naruto badly but, Naruto will have a talk with the kyuubi and then bamm uber powerful just like that. Let me start by saying wonderful. I loved it, noruto in 6tail can't get any better. it seems naruto knew what he was doing, the way naruto broke the neckless he knew what it was for, when broke the neckless sealing technic disappeared. He also knew not to harm hinata, when he deflected peins attact and targeted pein. hahah pein go fist, that he got. yamato need to harry if he wane save the precious little village. I don't know what he can do with out the neckless, thats only if naruto's not in control of the kuby, I hope he is. godrealm what good would it be against 6tail, he will fist it like a toy thats how i see, on the other hand if kishi wane make the 6 tail week than go for it kishi. last pein or nugget is done for guy.

good to know hinata is ok. also, i think every one will see this kiby thing as hinata's fault ,because she is the reason 6tail came out. Now villagers in more threat and danger then pein. Narukishi destroy everything that the way of my ninja.

Well although I want her to live Hinata could be pretty messed up if not dead right now. I mean Naruto used his chakra lazer right next to her and leavled everything around him and then Pain tried to crushe him with a rock while she was standing right there. Then in the last few panels we see Naruto climbing out of a pile or rubble. What would be pretty cool in my opinon is if after Naruto wins and if he isn't taken prisoner is that no one can find Hinata's body and everyone asumes Naruto vaporised her in the blast (but she really alive. Maybe Kabuto grabbed her or something since they mentioned him, he actully might be around watching). If Danzo and his root weren't killed in the blast I could defently see him getting control of Kohnoha since there really isn't anyone in his way especially if Tsuande should die at the end.

Because she released her seal, which gave her much more chakra to healing whole inhabitant of Konoha, so it made her lifespan short and she's much tired, that she couldn't keep her fake "young look", so she looked really old, you know. So I think that she currently sleeps in Gamakichi's hand.
Poor Tsunade, it's not easy to heal all at the same time... she's a great hokage!

this is Mr A, i think that naruto will beat pain but might hurt somebody because he can't control the kyuubi's power right now, but after they manage to get him back to normal(can't explain how) he wil see that the neckless is broken and since naruto hate using kyuubi's chakra and the neckless was only thing stopping him from going kyuubi he's going to realise only thing he can do is learn to control it. i know some of you might disagree but i think it make sense

I'm guessing that the power Itachi gave naruto was the power to control the nine-tailed fox. Most probably some kind of gunjutsu, because of Itachi's sharingan. And we have seen Sasuke control Orochimaru's snake/manda, with his sharingan. Also, Itachi is full of surprises, he can do so many things, so this can be possible. Some random thoughts:

Naruto has given up his dream of becoming hokage. He told Tsunade the hokage should have some tea instead of fight. He no longer holds that rank in high esteem. The necklace he broke was a symbol of the dream to become hokage, in addition to a seal.

Naruto and Katsuyu are inside the fox's cloak and exoskeleton. Although the cloak is moving, inside the cloak Naruto might be motionless. He could be in sage mode, using it to control the Kyuubi and prevent its cloak from damaging himself and Katsuyu. From time to time he could also mix a little sage chakra with the Kyuubi's.

I think the fox will either get suppressed by Peins secret jutsu and Nagato will be at the end of his rope, because he will have exerted all of his chakra. Then he'll ask konan to take Naruto to akatsuki's hideout. But Gai's team is in the vicinity and they sense the foxs' chakra and Neji will find them with his byakugan. Then go to Naruto's rescue and defeat konan.Or the fox will stop Peins secret jutsu and Nagato again being at the end of his endurance dies by some last effort at stopping the fox and giving Konan a chance to escape. In the meantime Gai's team shows up to help and soon after Yamato comes and finds some reserves in himself that he did'nt know he posessed and suppresses the fox. Do'nt forget Yamato is an original clone of the first. Therefore his wood ability and other similar traits to the first. Whose to say he does'nt find the way to suppress the fox and control it as the first did. joetatoothestud

But the first did'nt need the necklace to control it and Yamato is a clone of the first, he already has a lot of the first's abilities. With Kishi being the genius he is i can see Yamato digging really deep within himself and finding a way to suppress if not control the fox. This would be a serious twist to the story. try to think at least a little more. kishi is laughing at you. I think that you're reading the manga without using the brain.
was there any inner conflict when naruto become 4-tailed beast? NO. because kyuubi was too strong. he even couldn't remember what happened. now with 6 tails many bones will be crushed and he'll recovering for weeks because the demons cloak hurt AND regenerate naruto at the same time. when he'll stay longer in this 6-tails-mode he can die.
chibaku tensei is probably one of the most powerful techniques god realm has. I don't know what this technique is becauseI don't know the translation of "Chibaku".
I don't think we'll see team gayhawk in the next chapter.
I think nagato will almost capture naruto by the trap which was set up earlier in the forest. almost because nagato can't use such chakra-intensive techniques for ever. but kyuubi has a UNLIMITED amount of chakra. and you can't even hurt kyuubi. even oro's legendary sword couldn't pierce him. and the 6 tailed naruto is the strongest at that moment. who can stop him? I think nobody.
next chapter will be also awesome. and there won't be any inner-conflict-dialogue! the fight will go on for another 2 or 3 chapters.

- Page 1, third scene. Suddenly Gamabunta is there. But if in 437 Neji saw it unconscious. How can it be here now? Maybe lost I chapter 437 ½? I think is a lost of racord. And where are Neji and the others? They can not be too far.
- Page 1, same scene. Gamabunta, Sakura and an ANBU perhaps, are with the man who protected Hinata. Can you see there is only one Katsuyu? In chapter 437 we saw two Katsuyus here. One for the man and the other for Hinata. Two lost of racord on the same scene? Hummm…..
And now:
# 104. First time I saw the sequence I had the same dude, but finally I saw Hinata was safe. If you use the head of Hinata to get orientated, you may see it clearer. Page 2, first scene, Hinata is near Pain, her head towards the kiuby. Page 5, fourth scene: the kiuby jumped over Pain. It is now behind him, and Pain is between Hinata and the Kiuby, but turned slightly to a side. Page 6, first scene: Retarded shinra tensei explodes behind the Kiuby. Page 6, fourth scene, Pein is blown up. He is pushed far away. Kishimoto give us the last Hinata reference here. She is apart one side. Page 7, third scene: The kiuby seems to be landing after other jump, near a dust cloud where Pein landed. It is now far away from Hinata.
